Purchasing on account:
Buy now and pay later on account! With purchasing on account, your order will be processed as soon as we receive it. After that you have 14 days after delivery to pay the invoice via our purchase on account provider PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account for this).

PayPal:
PayPal has become one of the most popular payment methods on the Internet. You can also pay quickly and securely with PayPal using your e-mail address. We will process your order as soon as payment has been settled.

Credit card:
You can pay us with your Visa or Master Card via the secure connection of our payment service provider PayPal PLUS. We’ll process your order as soon as we receive your payment!

Shipping conditions
Delivery is within Germany – €4.95 shipping costs will be charged. Delivery is free from an order value of €50.

Delivery deadlines:
Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) shall take place within 1-3 weeks after confirmation of dispatch. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the ordered item with the longest delivery time.
If, through no fault of our own, we cannot deliver the ordered goods because a supplier fails to fulfill its contractual obligations, we may cancel the order. If this occurs, we will of course inform you immediately.

Delivery services
DHL
In Germany, the delivery of your parcels will be carried out by DHL or the Deutsche Post. Immediately after receiving your order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your personal package tracking number.
Depending on the shipping option selected, the package tracking data may not reflect the most recent version at the time you receive the e-mail, and it may take up to 48 hours to update. After you receive the shipment number, you can register for parcel notification at DHL and receive information about the status of your shipment.
Our delivery services will of course always try to deliver your shipment as soon as possible – however, please understand that delays do occur from time to time.
