You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period of withdrawal is fourteen days from the date on which you (or a third party appointed by you, but not the transport company) took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Jöst Handelsgesellschaft mbH, Im Steinböhl 17, 69518 Abtsteinach, Germany, info@joest–aquaristic.com, phone number +49 6207 9410-0) with a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail) explaining your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, just send us the notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred by you choosing a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us) within 14 days at the latest from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from the contract. We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to give you a refund until we have received the goods or until you can prove that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline will be met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day deadline expires. You bear the costs of returning the goods. You will only be held liable for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
